Novu is a startup focused on enhancing employee wellbeing by connecting them to a global range of benefits. The platform supports both employees managing their benefits and administrators overseeing them. The user flows – including sign up/login, onboarding, and various states, were designed, and the platform's navigation structure was redefined. A new logo and visual identity were developed, and prototypes were created for client demos. The final deliverables included a comprehensive design system based on Ant Design, custom components, and a brand style guide, resulting in a solid user experience and efficient development.
